FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do your provide proof of delivery?
    Yes, we have a transport app that captures photos, signatures and damage if any. Rest assured we will look after your vehicle and record anything we find.
  • Can you provide status updates?
    Yes, we can email you tracking updates when your vehicle is picked up, delivered and the job is complete.
  • Does my vehicle require fuel?
    Yes, a quarter of a tank will be sufficient for driving the vehicle on and off the transporter.
  • Do you transport non running vehicles?
    We do not transport non running vehicles unless it is only due to a flat battery which our drivers are equipped with jump start packs, pls advise if your battery is flat on booking.
  • Do you transport damaged vehicles?
    Yes we can, as long as the vehicle is driveable and has working brakes. Pls disclose exact damage so that we can assess any safety concerns.
  • Do you transport modified vehicles?
    Yes we can, please explain the modifications on the booking form, e.g. the minimum clearance height is 14cm from the ground to the lowest part of the car.
  • Do you transport Motorbikes?
    Yes.
  • Does the vehicle need to be registered?
    No, as long as the vehicle does not need to be driven on an open road. We offer a full door to door service for all unregistered vehicles.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
